The fun and sweet and clever Boomama also has fun and clever friends who make things. I entered one of Boomama's giveaways and won. It's a case for packing jewelry and it's so cute! As well as functional. I received it in the mail last week and can't wait to use it the next time we travel. We bought tickets to a San Antonio Spurs Game at an auction on base last month. The game is Dec 30 and we're hoping everything works out so that we can go-those things being Joe's work and someone for the girls to stay with.
Joe began his new job last week and the first night he came home he told me if there was anything on our calendar where he was needed, to let him know right away. He needed to make sure it was on the calendar at work too. The secretary and executive officer working for him can also put things on that calendar. Life is busy-especially this time of year-but we have so much to be thankful for.
We had our Christmas Party for Joe's work Sunday night and like last year, we played the Newlywed Game. We are undefeated!
Tonight is a big event for the women of our Church-a Christmas Dinner and Silent Auction. All the proceeds to go Lottie Moon Missions. We started setting up for it last night and I'll be going back today to help finish. It's always a fun night-and for a great cause!
