Speaking of technology, you know that great thing I mentioned-The IPOD I bought on my vacation. I truly believe if everyone owned one and wore it while taking a walk, there would be a lot less inactive people in this world. It makes me want to walk more often and longer-and I'm wearing it when I clean the house and find myself dancing while dusting! Love it!
